SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A crash on Interstate 4 has caused traffic to back up in Seminole County.

4:20 p.m. update:
The Seminole County Fire Department said 9 people had been taken to the hospital with minor injuries due to a 7-vehicle accident.
The fire department said there is mostly debris on the highway.
Officials said drivers should seek an alternate route.

The crash occurred on I-4 East, at mile marker 93, and traffic is backed up to mile marker 90.
The Florida Department of Transportation said all lanes are currently closed.
