Man shoots woman in face at Orange County Wawa after she offered ride, detectives say
A 20-year-old man, Jameson Delva, was arrested after allegedly shooting a woman in the face in an Orange County Wawa parking lot on Feb. 1. The victim, who saw him as a "little brother," offered him a ride due to cold weather but was met with 3-5 shots.
