A mansion in Windermere sold for more than twice what it was bought for six years ago.

Homem De Ferro LLC, an entity with an address in Miami, bought the home at 12824 Jacob Grace Court for $7.15 million from SM Orlando Properties LLC, tied to resident Samuel Mikail, in a deal that closed Jan. 28, according to a deed filed with Orange County.

Neither buyer nor seller could be reached for comment. Mikail bought the property in 2019 for $3.1 million, according to county records.
