The warning was issued Wednesday night due to a large wildfire burning near State Road 40 in Lake and Volusia counties.

The fog is patchy in the area, but if it mixes with the smoke from the fire, it can blind drivers.

The fog warning will remain in effect until 9 a.m.

Drivers in foggy conditions must use low-beam headlines, slow down, and keep extra distance between themselves and the vehicle in front of them.
