Milton helped lead the Knights to back-to-back undefeated regular seasons in 2017 and 2018 before ultimately being sidelined with a near career-ending leg injury.
Milton went on to transfer to Florida State to end his playing career and would begin coaching with former UCF Head Coach Josh Heupel as an offensive analyst at Tennessee during the 2023 season.
Milton joins a staff headed by his former Head Coach, Scott Frost, who hopes to lead UCF to the same success in the BIG 12 Conference after the recent departure of Head Coach Gus Malzahn.
