CLERMONT, Fla. — Family Christian Center School has confirmed there was a threat made by a student Monday.

In a letter to parents, school hear Aaron Gonzalez said the administration was notified about the threat after school.

Clermont police say while one student made the threat, two 17-year-old students are under investigation over it.

Police said one of the students admitted making a list of students and staff he wanted to harm.

No firearms or lists were found on either student, and no one at the school was in danger, police said.

Neither student was charged, but both were expelled from the school, police said.

Gonzalez said extra security was on campus as a precaution, and all students were kept indoors for recess and physical education.

The nature of the threat was not disclosed.
