A land purchase in the incoming Olympus community is revealing the swiftly rising value of land in southern Lake County.
RLC Olympus LLC, with an address in Sugar Land, Texas, bought 35 acres inside the Olympus Community Development District on the west side of Schofield Road from an entity tied to Houston-based David Weekley Homes for $18.4 million, according to Lake County records.
Executives for the buyer and the seller could not be reached for comment.
