WATCH: SpaceX launches Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida’s Space Coast on Thursday.

SpaceX said the rocket is sending 20 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit.

The company aimed to launch on Wednesday, but unfavorable weather caused a scrub.

After the launch, SpaceX was also able to land the rocket’s first-stage booster on its droneship in the Atlantic Ocean.
