ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — It was a frightening attack caught on video.
Now, deputies say they’ve arrested the man who wrestled lottery winnings away from an 83-year-old woman and then ran off.

It happened Wednesday morning outside a store on Curry Ford Road near Goldenrod Road in Azalea Park.
Officials released surveillance video showing a man, wearing an orange sweatshirt, approach the victim and drag her to the ground near her car.

Another person can be seen trying to pull the attacker away from the woman before he eventually runs away.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said detectives quickly identified him as Diego Stalin Tavarez Fleury.
On social media, officials asked for the public’s help to track down their suspect.
Thursday morning, OCSO announced they had made an arrest in the case.

Sheriff’s investigators said Fleury was taken into custody and booked into jail.
