The Marketplace at Altamonte has sold.

Denver-based Sagard Real Estate announced it had sold the 335,995-square-foot power center in Altamonte Springs on Jan. 21. The property sold for $28.95 million to an entity connected to Centro Property Management LLC.

The company originally acquired the property in November 2005 for $39.5 million.
