Police investigate after woman’s body found floating in ocean near Paradise Beach

INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH, Fla. — Police in Indian Harbour Beach are investigating the death of a woman found floating in the ocean.

It happened Saturday morning on Paradise Beach along A1A, near Beach Street.

First responders brought the victim back to shore and then took her to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Detectives say she was a white woman between 30 and 40 years old.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Indian Harbour Beach Police Department.
