Off-duty deputy stabbed in road rage incident in St. Cloud, police say

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — The St. Cloud Police Department said it is investigating after an off-duty Orange County deputy was stabbed during a road rage incident.

Records show Daniel Siekawitch was arrested after the altercation.

Both drivers pulled over around 1 p.m. Monday at the 192 Pet Doc parking lot near the intersection of 13th and Connecticut after a “disagreement” related to driving.

Police said Siekawitch, who was driving a white Tesla, exited the vehicle and pulled a knife, stabbing the second driver in the left shoulder.

The other driver is an off-duty Orange County Deputy.

The deputy pulled his service weapon and held the suspect at gunpoint until police arrived.

The identity of the deputy involved has not been released.
