, Fla. — The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide involving a man who beat another man to death with a fire extinguisher.

On Wednesday, around 4 p.m., deputies responded to reports of an armed disturbance at the Quality Inn & Suites located at 2945 Entry Point Boulevard in Kissimmee,

911 calls reported an unknown assailant kicking, stomping, and using a fire extinguisher to beat a victim, according to the sheriff’s office.

When deputies arrived, they found the suspect, Piero Estefano But Castillo, a Chilean national, striking the victim in the face with fire extinguisher.

Deputies said the victim was unresponsive and had significant trauma to his head, face, and neck.

The victim, 55-year-old Robert Krusinowski, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Estefano But Castillo, 25, was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
