Rosen Hotels & Resorts in a Jan. 14 news release announced it has implemented a new leadership structure, promoting several long-term associates and solidifying the roles of Rosen’s adult children.

As part of the restructuring, Josh Rosen has been elevated to executive vice president of operations, expanding his responsibilities to include overseeing hotel operations, sales and marketing, risk management and guest contact. Previously a vice president on the company’s board of directors, Josh’s new role signals a significant step in the company’s strategic direction, indicating a focus on integrated operational management.

Siblings Jack Rosen and Shayna Rosen both have been appointed vice presidents on the company’s board of directors. Jack Rosen also will continue his role as manager of design and brand strategies. Both Jack and Shayna Rosen previously were members of the Rosen Hotels & Resorts advisory committee, which was formalized in 2022 as part of Rosen’s succession plan.
