Rollins College tops off $72M dorm, plans more construction

Rollins College is underway on millions of dollars of new construction at and around its Winter Park campus.

The private, nonprofit college on May 21 topped off its East End Neighborhood dorm, which will feature 297 beds on the former site of the 80-bed Holt Hall. The $72 million complex started construction in 2024 and will finish in time for the fall
