The initial findings from the NTSB show that the problems started right after liftoff.

The report stated that the drones didn’t go up the way they were supposed to, which caused the drones to collide, which in turn caused the operator to lose control.

The drone operator told the NTSB that the position of the show got rotated slightly put the drones too close to the audience.
