Marcus James Jordan, 34, was arrested by officers with the Maitland Police Department.
Jordan was charged with possession of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence.
Not only is he known for his famous father, but Marcus Jordan also played basketball for the University of Central Florida.
According to the arrest report, Jordan’s blue Lamborghini SUV was found stuck on train tracks in Maitland by a Maitland police officer.
The police officer said they smelled the odor of alcohol coming from the inside of the vehicle, and when speaking to the driver, they had slurred speech and were confused about their location.
According to the affidavit, the officer asked the driver to get out of the vehicle, but they initially refused and told the officer he would drive the car.
Eventually, officers said the driver and passenger got out of the car and moved away from the train tracks.
During the incident, Maitland officers learned that the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office had tried to stop the same car before Maitland found it on the tracks.
Officers said that once Jordan was out of the car and safe off the tracks, they read him his rights and asked if he would be willing to speak with them. Initially, he said no, but then he asked the officers what they wanted to know.
Jordan told officers he had been to a few venues in Winter Park and Casselberry before leaving Rachel’s Gentleman’s Club, per officers.
After a field sobriety test, Maitland officers placed Jordan under arrest.
Jordan bonded out of the Orange County jail Tuesday just before noon; he did not make any comments to our reporter at the jail.
