MARION COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol reports that a fatal crash took place during the early morning in Marion County, claiming the life of a 28-year-old male.

While the vehicle driver was moving eastbound at SE 175th Street and SE 155th Avenue in Wiersdale, FL, the vehicle moved across the right line and into a grass shoulder.

Facing upward after the incident occurred, the vehicle came to a complete stop on the grass. The rider was pronounced deceased on the scene.
