MARION COUNTY, Fla. — The Marion County Sheriff’s Office, along with help from other law enforcement agencies, has arrested three suspects in murders that occurred outside of Marion County earlier this week.

On Jan. 29, 2025, MCSO, with members of the Ocala Police Department, U.S. Marshals, and the Unified Drug Enforcement Strike Team, responded to 3841 NW 28th Court in Ocala, after being notified 26-year-old Zafarri Francis, a suspect in a homicide investigation with active warrants out of Hudson County New Jersey for multiple charges was at the residence.
He was located at the home and complied with the LEOs, and was taken into custody without any issues.
He later was issued an additional warrant out of Hudson County for murder.
On Jan. 30, 2025, MCSO were in search for a vehicle that was involved in a homicide investigation out of Baldwin County, Alabama.

After receiving a tip, deputies found the vehicle in Reddick and attempted a traffic stop in the 4700 block of NW 155th Street.
The driver, 22-year-old Zachri Fraizer, fled at a high rate of speed, he would eventually stop in the 2900 block of NW 155th Street and was later placed under arrest.
Frazier was charged with fleeing to elude a law enforcement officer, grand theft of a motor vehicle, providing a false ID to law enforcement, and driving without a license.
After further investigation, it was revealed that Frazier was connected to a murder in Baldwin County, Alabama, and the vehicle he was driving belonged to the victim.

MCSO assisted the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency with the investigation.
On Jan. 31, 2025, MCSO, OPD, and the U.S. Marshals responded to 10131 SE 169th Lane after a several-month investigation into 22-year-old suspect Dieuseul Charlemon who had warrants out of Marion, Lake, and Sumter counties for charges ranging from murder, grand theft, and eluding a law enforcement officer.
Francis, Fraizer, and Charlemon are currently being held at the Marion County Jail awaiting extradition.
