“This is just surreal that is happened that it happened at noon around lunchtime. Unbelievable,” said Nicholas Vincent, who lives near where it all happened. According to OPD, the victim’s husband found her severely hurt in their garage, honking for help. The woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition. “An older person who was vulnerable and I hope he goes away for a long time,” said Vincent.
