JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police in Jacksonville released a video showing a horse-powered police pursuit through city streets.

Officials said the man was running into oncoming traffic, trying to lose deputies on horseback.
Deputies said they chased Jordan Wilson for a quarter mile across the city.

They said he was caught handing off illegal drugs to someone.
He surrendered while sitting down at the base of a flagpole while out of breath.
