TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida regulators are working on a new rule that would keep children away from hemp.
On Wednesday, officials took comments to define packaging material that would attract children to hemp products.
Hemp officials say the current definition of carton packaging is too broad. They want clear rules to sell hemp to adults in the state.
