FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — Meet the newest addition to Flagler County Sheriff’s Digital Forensics Unit, K-9 Birdie!

Birdie is an Electronic Storage Detection K-9 trained to seek out electronic devices believed to contain evidence of a crime.
She can assist detectives on search warrants by sniffing out flash drives, hard drives, cell phones, or any other devices that a suspect may have hidden!

Birdie, a 2-year-old black lab, was purchased from Jordan Detection K9 using grant funds.
She has undergone specialized training alongside her dedicated handler, Detective Corporal Mark Moy.
