JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police in Jacksonville said video shows the moment a drunk driver caused a violent crash.

The crash happened on Dec. 26 while the officer was helping two men change a tire on the side of the road.
The impact caused a chain-reaction crash that pinned one man between two cars.

When the officer checked on that speeding driver, he was slumped over the wheel.
Investigators arrested 30-year-old Aleksandr Bratulin.

He faces several charges, including six counts of DUI with property damage or personal injury.
