Crooked Can Brewing Co. gained site-plan approval for its new headquarters and food hall in Minneola near the Florida Turnpike on Jan. 21, clearing a significant milestone for the anticipated project.

“As soon as we’ve got the permit in hand, we will start work,” the company said in a social media post. “We’re aiming for a March 2026 opening, and this brings us one step closer to making it happen.”

Founded in 2014, Crooked Can is by far the busiest local brewer in Central Florida by production, according to Orlando Business Journal research. As part of the expansion, its current space in Winter Garden’s Plant Street Market will remain open.
