ORLANDO, Fla. — Blue Bell Ice Cream has a brand new flavor they unveiled Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.

The new flavor, “Strawberry Toaster Pastry,” is described as a creamy vanilla ice cream loaded with strawberry pastry pieces, colorful confetti sprinkles, and swirls of strawberry sauce and white icing.
“Our new Strawberry Toaster Pasty will wake up your taste buds,” said Joe Robertson, executive director of advertising and marketing for Blue Bell. “We have combined so many delicious flavors in a pint-sized carton. The smooth vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce complement the pastry pieces perfectly. The confetti pieces and icing swirl add a subtle sweetness to every bite.”

The new flavor is only available for a limited time.
It will be available in the pint-size and sold wherever Blue Bell Ice Cream is sold.
