More than 350 Winn-Dixie grocery and liquor stores will be bought from Aldi by a group led by C&S Wholesale Grocers.

The New Hampshire-based company has made a deal to buy 170 Winn-Dixie grocery stores and another 170 Winn-Dixie liquor stores from Aldi, according to a report from Reuters citing sources close to the emerging deal.

A press release from Southeastern Grocers later confirmed the deal, stating a group of private investors led by Anthony Hucker, CEO and president of Southeastern Grocers, and C&S were buying the stores in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi.
