He worked as a reporter, producer, and anchor. He landed his first main anchor role in 2017 and moved to the Deep South where he worked at WCBI in Columbus, Mississippi. The state was also privy to presidential visits where he covered President Donald Trump’s two visits to the Magnolia State. New to the area, Scott says he can’t wait to explore Central Florida. “I’ve only ever been to the panhandle. I’ve always wanted to live much closer to the beach and felt like I am Florida. I’m so excited to be part of the community,” said Scott. You’ll likely find Scott and his fiancé by the water or the dog park with his two pups, Moose, a miniature schnauzer, and Louie, a French Bulldog.
