CENTRAL FLA. — It was a windy end to the weekend, but better weather is ahead for the work week.
A few showers are possible this evening and overnight, courtesy of the strong onshore flow. Most will stay dry, with morning lows in the upper 60s.
The rain chances continue for Monday, as moisture from the Atlantic will be pushed into the region. The best chance for activity will be along the coast, with gusty winds continuing. Highs will be in the low 80s.
Much drier air filters in midweek, ending the rain chances across the area. Winds slowly dial back, but breezy conditions will continue, with temps in the low 80s Tuesday and Wednesday.
Even less wind is likely late week, leading to a very nice Thursday and Friday. Expect partly cloudy skies both days with highs in the low 80s.
Rain chances likely return next weekend, with scattered showers possible.
