A second tropical disturbance has emerged on the radar.
This newest disturbance is in the western part of the Gulf of Mexico and has a slight chance of formation before reaching the Texas coast late Friday, WFTV chief meteorologist Tom Terry said.

Meanwhile, an Atlantic sub-tropical low could still become Ana, with a 90% chance of forming. That would give us our first named system before the Atlantic season begins.

Neither are a threat to Central Florida, Terry said.
