WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Police in Winter Garden are investigating a deadly shooting inside of a neighborhood.

Police said Jestin McMurphy, 21, died after he was shot around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday on Klondike Street.
When officers arrived, they found McMurphy laying in the road with a gunshot wound.

He was taken to a hospital for treatment where he died, police said.
Investigators said they believe the shooting was a result from a disturbance from earlier in the day.
Police said they are working to identify his killer.

No other details were released by law enforcement.
