ORLANDO, Fla. — Sunday will be warm and breezy throughout the day into the evening.

5:00 p.m. Update:

Parts of Central Florida reached record heat Sunday as the next front moves in tonight, bringing cooler temperatures and rain.

Leesburg hit 84 degrees, tying a record for the heat today. Orlando and Sanford were just a few degrees shy of reaching record temps.

Our next cool front is approaching and moving into Central Florida Sunday night. As it approaches, a few spotty passing evening showers will be possible followed by a modest cooldown.

We will start feeling the cooler air Monday morning, with the coolest weather expected Tuesday morning. Many areas drop back down to the 50s, with another weak front arriving Wednesday evening bringing another modest chance of rain, and then another modest cooldown.
