DeLand police investigate cause of mobile home fire

DELAND, Fla. — Investigators are trying to figure out who set fire to a mobile home in DeLand.

Police released photos showing flames coming from a home on Carroll Avenue on Monday.

Firefighters said the blaze damaged the kitchen, and other parts of the home were damaged by smoke.

Officials said no one was hurt in the fire but a cat was found dead inside of the home.

Police said the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
