5-year-old twins pronounced dead after being found unresponsive in Kissimmee pool

The incident involving the out-of-state family is currently under investigation

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Two 5-year-old twin girls were airlifted and later pronounced deceased at Arnold Palmer Hospital after being found unresponsive in a residential pool at a Kissimmee VRBO, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident involving the out-of-state family from Georgia is currently under investigation, with detectives on the scene gathering information.

The medical examiner will establish the cause of death, while homicide detectives are currently investigating.
