Come Out With Pride Orlando announces adults-only prom for LGBTQIA+

ORLANDO, Fla. — For many, our proms were many years ago. But an upcoming event will allow guests a second chance to dance and express themselves like never before.

Come Out With Pride Orlando is hosting its Pride Prom on April 16 at the Orlando Museum of Art. The event is 21+ and geared toward “our LGBTQIA+ community, and especially those of us who identify as trans and non-binary,” the organization said.

“It will be a safer space where each of us can be our authentic selves and bring the date(s) perhaps you couldn’t in high school,” Come Out With Pride said. “Of course, allies will be welcome as well.”

The fun-filled night will include all the prom staples including dancing, throwback hits, entertainment, a photo booth and more.
